SHIPPING INFORMATION: All packages are shipped using Royal Mail.
Postage and packaging charges are calculated by weight and destination and our website will calculate this for you.
For example: A product weighing 300g will cost around £3.45 to ship within the UK, about £3.75 to countries within the EU, approximately £4.85 to USA, Canada, South America, Africa and the Middle East, and somewhere around £5.20 to the rest of the world.
UK deliveries will be sent recorded delivery and require the purchaser’s signature prior to receiving goods. If you’ve missed the delivery, be quick to check with your local sorting office. Royal Mail rarely keep undelivered post for more than 3 days! Undelivered goods that are returned to us will only be re-sent once. If on the second delivery attempt goods are returned to us we will automatically cancel your order and refund your money less the postage costs.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM - My order seems to fail with an ¨SQL error¨
when I’m forwarded to the SECpay Credit Card Transaction page. What gives?
SOLUTION - Check to make sure that you haven’t used an
apostrophe in your address in your account details. Apostrophe’s don’t
work so good over the internet!
PROBLEM - The payment has not been accepted by our SECPay credit
card facility.
SOLUTION - This could be for several reasons but most likely
because some of your details that you filled out on the credit card pages might
not match what you have listed on your credit card and statement.
Here are a couple of items that you should check if your transaction
is refused:
- Duplicate orders - Maybe you're trying to put through a second order just
after completing a previous order? The fraud-shield facility on our credit
card system may reject multiple sales if the value is the same as a previous
sale. Try again in an hour or two.
- Incorrect Security Code - As an extra security measure against fraudulant
card use, our site requires you to enter your card security code number. The
Card Security Code for Visa/MasterCard and Switch is the last three digits
of the number on the signature strip on the reverse of the card. For American
Express it is a four digit number, typically displayed above the last four
digits of the embossed card number.
- Incorrect Statement Details - At any time, we may instigate further security
measures against fraudulant card use. If you are still having trouble with
rejected transactions, check with the details that you have listed on your
credit card statement and enter your information EXACTLY as it appears on
it.
